Abstract

Many children from low income families have dreams, but they are unsure of how to achieve them. Even worse, they are not knowledgeable on how to achieve this dream. Fortunately, programs like the TRIO program exist for students that have desire of becoming successful, but need structure and guidance through the educational spectrum.
