Abstract
Teach your students how to "train their brain" in this new research-based Growth Mindset curriculum. Lessons are based on the concepts: Mindfulness, Identify Brain Basics, Not Yet is OK, Determination/Grit, Self-Talk, Everyone’s Unique, and Teaching Others. This program is for classroom lessons or small group, teaching students not only the importance of persistence, but also teaching brain basics helping students understand that with practice our brains can actually grow.
