What does it look like when our electronic usage reporting tools are no longer in a third party tool? Alma allows librarians to load COUNTER reports directly into the system, indexing usage data into Alma Analytics, updating our reports and improving our insights into library e-collections. Come and learn about our recent improvements to this workflow.
