An open forum discussion in which participants bring various acquisition related problems and how they fixed them or share with the group a problem that you have not fixed and see if the group has suggestions. I would recommend that each participant bring 1-2 examples to share with the rest of the group. Bring your laptops to learn how other institutions have fixed acquisition issues.
