With a migration to Alma imminent, we had to decide a solution for Discovery. We went with Blacklight because of the collaboration opportunities available with other institutions and the fact that Blacklight will be used for other projects in our library such as Hydra. Working with our colleagues at the University of Pennsylvania, we shared our code and developed a basic framework to create a more reusable implementation of Blacklight on top of Alma.
