For more than 25 years, clients and colleagues have benefited from the expertise in learning design and facilitation that Andrea Sullivan brings to each training, speaking, and customer interaction. Andrea is currently President of BrainStrength Systems, a learning and performance organization providing consultation and presentations on brain-friendly meetings, and organizational trainings in leadership development, performance improvement, and personal mastery. All of her programs integrate leading-edge neuroscience to produce effective, targeted, and engaging learning contexts. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, and has introduced brain-compatible training programs into many organizations, including Fortune 500 companies such as Merck, Aetna, and Northrup Grumman Corporation. In 2011, she was named by BizBash magazine as one of the most innovative professionals in the meetings industry, and she has been featured in several industry magazines, including Successful Meetings, Meetings and Conventions, Corporate & Incentive Travel and MeetingsNet.
