Session Abstract
This workshop focuses on how educators can use principles of effective vocabulary instruction to promote ELLs’ literacy development. Grounded in recent research that highlights the importance of language-rich classroom instruction, participants will learn about an approach to vocabulary-based literacy instruction and work through how to apply it in their setting.
