Session Abstract

Identifying and diagnosing ELL's with learning disabilities is a complex task. This presentation will examine the validity and reporting of assessment data; as well as the importance of evaluating a student's language, cultural background, and educational experiences in making valid and unbiased diagnostic decisions.
