Session Abstract
A low incidence ELL district without ELL teachers is using coaching to help mainstream teachers meet the instructional needs of their students. Audience members will learn how to launch a successful ELL instructional coaching program, including strategies to emphasize for effectiveness, and those to avoid in order to limit failures.
