Session Description
Athletic recruiting is one of the more confusing processes for counselors, students, and their families. Recruiting involves a tricky intersection of parent and student expectations, coach idiosyncrasies, and conflicting league policies. The session focuses on recruiting writ-large as well as the latest trends: specialization, club sports, and the accelerated timeline.
