We’ll also share best practices, tips, and tricks for managing discovery day-to-day, including engaging staff, soliciting user feedback, and keeping up with new features. This session is presented by the Ex Libris Customer Success Team, and is based on what we’ve learned from libraries about the challenges and best practices for managing Summon.
