The goal of this 90 minute session is to provide a comprehensive view on discovery by bringing together experts in Primo and Summon to discuss, compare and contrast several aspects of discovery services. Beyond a product perspective the panel also represents the interests of North American and International customers. Topics include: patron needs and expectations, migration, normalization, customization, usability and analytics.
