Presently it has become increasingly more difficult for the personal to remain separate from the professional. We will discuss:
* Engaging in productive/professional conversations when our identities are attacked
* Addressing administrative policies that conflict with our identities/truth
* Responsibility re:teaching colleagues social responsiblity
* Common triggers/micro-aggressions and addressing aggressors
