It is time to review the schedule for the placement of your session in the AAACE Agenda. This is the final draft of the Schedule. When you look up your name, use the detail listing to check what days/times you asked to be placed. This is a huge program and we can accommodate necessary changes in day and time now, but may not be able to do so after September 1, 2013 except in emergencies. Please carefully check your placement and send any requests to Ginger Phillips, AAACE Conference Planner with AAACE Session Change Request in the subject line. We will respond to your email, but it may take us up to a week to do so. Thanks for your help in "fine tuning" this agenda!

Session Description
Regardless of the definition of one’s occupation, the ability to communicate clearly in writing is important. And that is the reason many professionals inevitably consume sizable amount of time and effort to writing. Not only in the workplaces, does the academia also call out for the importance of competent writing. Even after concluding one’s study with innovative and pioneering research findings, there would be no use by or contribution to the practice or communication with academic peers if the results are not clearly articulated in writing. Despite its importance, there are only a few human resources with proficient writing skills, and many practices including colleges and workplaces consistently suffer from the consequence of it. With understanding the positive impacts of deliberate practice in shaping professional writing performance, It will be a great help to adult educators and learners to have a knowledge of activities and strategies conducive to deliberate practice.
