Primo / Primo Central

This presentation describes the results of a usability test conducted in December 2017 by the University of Haifa prior to its upgrade to the new Primo interface. The participants included three undergraduates, four graduate students and three faculty members who were asked to verbalize their thoughts as they performed a variety of tasks. The presentation will describe the method and results of the test, as well as the solutions implemented to improve the visual organization of Primo, and ultimately, to increase user satisfaction and search outcomes.
