Abstract
In this presentation, I will show how the Free University Berlin Library deals with the usage data of e-resources (COUNTER data) from vendors in Alma and Alma Analytics. I will show what can happen to the data and what can be done to solve some of the problems. I will also discuss the nice Analytics functions for cost per download calculation.
