Acquisitions and resource management workflows are complicated in a shared Alma environment. Records may originate in the Community Zone (CZ), Network Zone (NZ), OCLC, through vendor record loads, or be locally generated via manual or automated processes. This presentation discusses using shared environments such as the CZ, NZ, and OCLC with vendor record loads and locally created records to maximize efficiency and record quality in single and multi-institutional environments for both electronic and physical resources.
