Solicit and provide targeted feedback & engage in group discussion on current research topic for a Master’s level capstone titled: “Millennial Preferences in Professional Development”. This survey-based research is exploring technology preferences, workplace barriers, learning style preferences, industry occupation, & other workplace demographics of millennials that engage in professional development.
