Session Abstract
The purpose of this study is from an adult learning perspective using Mezirow’s transformative learning theory. The researcher used her Five-Year Journal to transform the experience of disorienting dilemmas, grief, and loss through writing. By coding and thematizing, an emergent voice is recognized. Implications for future autoethnographic research studies exist.
