Session Abstract
Informal learning is an important adult learning type, and it has different forms occurring in a flexible learning environment. Meanwhile, the diverse informal learning forms are initiated by different learning motivational factors. Therefore, this session will discuss the correlation between the diverse informal learning forms and the learning motivation.
