Session Abstract
The researchers interviewed employees working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) organization, also known as contracted information technology services, to examine how knowledge is created and utilized within a community of practice. Employees rely on the community to stay abreast of changes in the fast-paced and complex field of IT.
