Session Abstract
How is digital transformation reshaping existing conceptions of technology
adoption in the workplace? Why does the adoption of enterprise technology often lag
behind consumer technology? This session provides suggestions to improve
adoption of technology based on changes in workplace culture, promoting digital
literacy of leaders and employees.
