Session Abstract
This qualitative study, reveals lived stories from Western scholars in higher education and with international teaching and working experience in the East, who explored authentic exchange via appreciative learning and renewed perceptions of disseminating knowledge to others, examines their transformative learning journey from knowledge providers/helpers/ to co-learners/co-researchers with the Easterners.
