Session Abstract
Tenured Black female faculty continues to face alienation, devaluation, and marginalization in PWIs, which could impede their professional identity. The purpose of this presentation is to present ways in which they continue to develop their professional identity in a dominant culture. The presentation will discuss data collection, themes, and implications.
