Session Abstract
Aligning adult learner expectations with instructional delivery can challenge directors of non-formal programs. Learners with strong preferences about what and how they learn can exacerbate this challenge. Assessing the perception and preferences of self-directed learners can provide data to inform faculty about learner expectations.
