Session Abstract
In this session, drawing attention to the fandom of the Korean boy band BTS, we examine how fan practices incorporate informal learning and contribute to the development of participatory culture. Understanding social media as a major tool of communication and interaction, we explore how SNS becomes sites of informal learning.
