Dissertation is a journey into scholarly life and unlike the ride of education beforehand, it ventures into uncharted territory for students. Half of educational doctoral students fail to complete their dissertation. This conceptual study displays a mediated electronic portfolio leaning system for the dissertation process. Giving students innovation to succeed.
