Session Abstract
This session aims to review literature related to the technological development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, aging, and adult education with Transformative Learning Theory to respond to these challenges and to discuss how to create opportunities from the Fourth Industrial Revolution for teaching adult learners and older workers.
