One of the requests our library gets regularly is to reduce the number of times a patron has to log in. We've made some progress, but one of the biggest problems has been our ILL forms, where a patron clicks a link, clicks the ILLiad log in button, sees a completed form, and then finally has to click a submit button. But! Atlas recently introduced a new set of APIs, including one to submit a new request, and we plan to use them to make the current four-click process into a single-click request. This presentation will cover what patron needs we considered while building the one-click request, as well as how we achieved it.
