ACHE 2018 Concurrent Sessions
4E's of Continuing Education: Organizational Modeling
Session Description
Continuing Education units are organized differently at nearly every institution - yet how your program operates on a day-to-day basis is most likely the same. Come see how one program has been successfully (defined as making money and receiving positive student/institutional feedback) structured via a simple model called the 4E's that is a easy - and encouraged - to be copied elsewhere.
You'll leave with a detailed plan on how to create new programs, run the programs, market your offerings, and track your budget dollars easily.
