Many adult educators are increasingly being asked to facilitate diversity courses online. However, there are factors besides technical and content knowledge to consider since touchy classroom topics like diversity can be challenging. This presentation will explore instructors' personal challenges and success factors based on the literature, and on the presenter's experience.
