Workshop Description
This session introduces the participant to the basics of pelvic rehabilitation through physical therapy applications for common pelvic dysfunctions. Pelvic health includes bowel, bladder, and sexual health as well as recovery from any pain related to the pelvis (genitals, tailbone, buttocks, lower abdomen, etc.). The goal of this presentation is to increase awareness of options for recovery of pelvic health. Pre- and post-surgical pelvic recovery will also be discussed.
