Even in a supportive environment, transitioning on the job can be awkward and difficult to navigate—but it can also be the catalyst for a positive change for the entire company. Beyond the paperwork, how and when do you come out to co-workers? How do you balance privacy with helping others understand what is happening? Local trans workers share their stories, strategies, and experiences "working while trans," for better or worse.
