Workshop Description

For many transgender individuals, some aspect of spirituality or experience of belonging to a faith community has been integral to their life journey. Others may feel that their trans identity precludes them from engaging in organized spirituality or that their identity is in conflict with moral laws. This multi-faith panel of spiritual activists will share from their own journeys and discuss their work creating more inclusive spaces within faith communities.
