This session explores how identifying exposure gaps reveals students who excel in aptitude yet lack awareness of certain career paths. Using YouScience, a career aptitude platform matching strengths to careers, I designed a middle school program to discover hidden potential through hands-on STEM field trips. Participants will learn how this strategy translates to both middle and high school settings, helping students connect abilities to opportunities and move confidently toward futures that genuinely fit them well.
