OCDE Project GLAD (R) stands for Guided Language Acquisition Design.  A professional development model for teachers, Project GLAD delivers intentional strategies ALL teachers can use to promote intentional language development in the target language.  Especially effective when used in conjunction with the Bridge, our DL program uses this model to energize teachers, engage learners, and give all students access to the content while growing their language abilities.
