Session Abstract
With more than 40 years partnering with academic libraries world-wide with their print and e-book collection development needs, GOBI Library Solutions from EBSCO has completed hundreds of technical services implementations. The process to configure technical services for new customers and update existing customers as they transition to a new library system requires knowledge of workflow options, systems and services as well as setting a clear expectations and an open line of communication. In this session we will share best-practices on how vendors can support customers to ensure the process to setup or change technical services is as pain free as possible.
