Session Description

UNC-Wilmington partnered with community colleges to create three new positions housed at two-year institutions. Transfer Student Success Advisors focus on transfer student needs and provide four-year degree planning while guiding community college students through the four-year admission process. Hear benefits, challenges, and lessons learned when establishing this type of partnership.
