A customer-driven session to facilitate open discussion amongst the Summon/360 community, this is also a forum for customers to direct questions to Product Managers and Ex Libris management. Think of this as an in-person version of what often occurs on the listserv, except this represents a real-time exchange. The third in an annual series, the questions in the Talk Back session are solicited directly from the Summon and 360 Communities and are representative of North American and International customers.
