2019 Annual Meeting

Building Analytics analyses or reports, let alone dashboards, to gain access to valuable information about usage and to assist in everyday workflows can be a daunting challenge.  This presentation will provide insight from the recently formed focus group created by Ex Libris and the Leganto product working group to create an Analytics dashboard for Leganto to support the information needs of librarians and library staff.  This presentation will cover aspects of information gathering for what analyses will be included in the dashboard, determining if analyses can be currently completed versus those where functionality is currently unavailable, and other pertinent details for arriving at the finished product.  Information on where to find pre-constructed analyses and dashboards for Leganto and how to make use of them will also be included.  This presentation is intended for those with beginner to moderate experience with Analytics or want to learn how a shared dashboard is created.
