2019 Annual Meeting

Are you preparing to migrate to Alma/Primo? Is your library anxious about how they can shift gears from their day-to-day and start focusing on migration tasks that will have impact? This session will explore how the University of Guelph Library has prepared for their upcoming migration into a consortial Alma implementation. We'll discuss specific ways in which we've shifted priorities to free up staff time, initiated important data cleanup tasks, prepared staff for change, and contributed our consortial experiences to the creation of a larger consortia with many new members.
