Jim Jump is the Academic Dean and Director of College Counseling at St. Christopher’s School in Richmond, Virginia. He has been at St. Christopher’s since 1990 and was previously an admissions officer, women’s basketball coach, and philosophy professor at the college level. Jim is a past President of the National Association for College Admission Counseling as well as a three-time President of PCACAC, and has been interviewed on NPR’s All Things Considered and quoted in publications ranging from the New York Times to Teen Vogue. He writes the “Ethical College Admissions” column for Inside Higher Ed’s “Admissions Insider” newsletter.

Jeannine Lalonde is an Associate Dean of Admission at the University of Virginia. Her blog, “Notes from Peabody,” and social media channels (@UVADeanJ) provide an in-depth look into the admission process at UVA. Jeannine has been a faculty member at PCACAC’s Summer Institute for several years and has served on the Common Application’s Applications Advisory Committee. Prior to her move to Virginia in 2005, Jeannine was Senior Assistant Director of Admission at Olin College of Engineering in Needham, MA. Jeannine has a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College.

Rosemary Martin serves as the Director of College Counseling at St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C. Prior to entering this role she spent time working in admission at Purdue University and University of Maryland. She is a graduate of Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, where she attained her B.A. in Communication and MS in Education. She serves as the Conference Planning Chair of PCACAC and is also an Assembly Delegate. Rosemary is an active leader in the Potomac Chesapeake Regional Association for Admissions Counseling where she serves on the executive board as Conference Planning Chair. She was also awarded with the NACAC Rising Star award in 2015 for her passionate efforts for college admissions. She also serves as a delegate for PCACAC on the national level. Rosemary is a first-generation Latina from Peru and has a passion for working with Latino students and families to better their experience when going through the higher education attainment process.

Jeff has been working in Admissions for over 30 years, and has been at St. Mary's since 2002. The entirety of his admissions experience has been working in the PCACAC region at a number of different types of institutions. Jeff has also served in the PCACAC Presidential cycle, from 2009 - 2011. Jeff's forte has been providing college search advice and recruiting to under-represented student populations.
