Session Abstract
We will review common questions/problems that customers have submitted to Ex Libris Aleph Support in the past year, with their answers/solutions. Examples:
* Multiple p_cir_nn jobs (for different sub-libraries) execute simultaneously
* Physically deleting bibliographic records
* Jobs to report patrons owing money
* Structure of Z31-KEY field [*byte by byte*]
* Duplicate patron records
* Deleting orphaned HOL records (HOL records whose items have been deleted)
