F24: BC Public Library Partner - Provincial Priorities and Strategies in Support of B.C's public library services
Session Description
As part of Government's investment in a strong, sustainable and innovative economy, the Libraries Branch is working to help ensure British Columbians receive quality services and programs. The success of B.C's public library system is based on cooperation between governments, boards, associations, staff and partners. As part of this collaborative system, the Libraries Branch promotes equitable services across the province and contributes to the development of effective province-wide networks. By encouraging libraries to work together, people throughout B.C. again greater access to important services and resources.
