Automated computer testing uses knowledge-based acoustic technology to determine the intelligibility of non-native speakers of English. Participants will learn how Southern New Hampshire University integrated one fast, objective, accurate, easy-to-use test into its Listening/Speaking classes and Pronunciation Lab, and how they can do the same.

Dr. MacAuslan teaches Listening, Speaking, Pronunciation, and Comparative Culture at Southern New Hampshire University's Institute for Language Education.  She also teaches at Manchester Community College.
