Phone calls are a source of anxiety for many ELLs, but practicing this discourse can help students improve overall communication skills, from better listening to clearer thought groups. Learn engaging activities that can be used with free tools such as voicemail, phone trees and voice recognition systems. Detailed handouts provided.
