This presentation discusses the need for teacher education programs, teachers, and school districts to initiate, renew, and sustain the professional development efforts started through the RETELL initiative.  Attendees will leave the presentation with ideas on how to foster collaboration in order to better prepare teacher candidates to serve ELLs.
