Proposal Summary

This dynamic session is 20% keynote talk and 80% direct experience of the Open Source Wellness (OSW) model and movement. Functioning as a democratized delivery system for the behaviors and experiences that potentiate human health and wellbeing, or a “Behavioral Pharmacy,” this flexible model is addressing the behaviorally- and socially-mediated conditions that are driving human suffering, workplace challenges, and astronomical healthcare spending. Designed around the principle that “Community is Medicine,” this work leverages the power of community to animate a very simple platform: MOVE (physical activity), NOURISH (healthy meals,) CONNECT (social support), and BE (stress reduction). Join us for an experience of the OSW Truth, Desire, and Habit human technologies, and leave ready to creatively apply the active ingredients of this model to your work; Let's envision a system that generates health, together.
