Please join your favorite miscreants on the "Road to Rancho Mirage" as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the NCRA Players and the 75th (or maybe 30th?) anniversary of “Measure D Day.” Get ready for some Old Hollywood-style glamour and join us on the front for some patriotic pathos in the War On Waste.
