Workshop Description

The “trans community” would be better described as the collective trans communities as our life and identity experiences can vary significantly. What are some of the unique factors that affect trans and gender-diverse people of color? POC familial relationships, cultural norms, and gender expectations all play a role in someone’s experience. Join this facilitated discussion where we will dive in deeper to explore these topics and more. All are welcome. We encourage everyone to mindful of their level of participation to ensure that the greatest number of people can participate. We are grateful for your support of our facilitator in this effort.
